DEED Global Learning and Education
DEED is a global education and learning centre serving Dorset and Hampshire. It’s are a community interest company (CIC) and has been established for many years, offering training for adults and teachers on a range of themes including Multicultural Britain, Sustainability, Global Learning and Black History. They also have a wide range of hands-on resources available to borrow, hire and download. Their website was dated and in need of organising. Over time it had become clunky and unwieldy as things had been added on here and there.
It was a joy to design this site because I learnt so much as I did it! For me, it was about the organisation of information and simplifying everything down to make it easy to navigate. Glen Wilkins, the logo wizard, designed a wonderful animated logo for them that echoes the global theme of their offering.

Glen created a full set of logo assets for DEED including an animated GIF. The logo echoes the global theme of their offering with the circles suggesting connectivity and equality.
