Allocate

Allocate is a flexible booking system that can be embedded into an existing website, helping clients to handle all aspects of their online holiday booking management. The owner, Charles, had designed a site himself in Squarespace but it wasn’t strong or visually impactful, although it had a wealth of valuable information… but no SEO, so probably not coming up in searches. He contacted me to redesign it for him. What a fabulous job! I loved having the opportunity to inject some warmth and hierarchy into a site that was looking and reading more like a brochure. Pulling out copy to make hard-working heads and sells and introducing a slideshow of evocative images to make an emotional connection with potential clients. I also designed a logo for him, using the existing ‘a’ he had in his logo. I wanted it to have the feel of a signature, and to have some movement and energy in it. Glen then drew up the assets for us.
